• We do not offer refunds for any of the products we carry.
EXCHANGE POLICY
• Exchanges for damaged or defective cannabis products reported within 7 DAYS of purchase if they are reported to the Honor Roll Delivery. All non-damaged cannabis product sales are final and we do not accommodate exchanges for personal preferences such as look, feel, taste, or smell. However, we may consider an exchange for damaged or defective hardware products like batteries, pods, or carts at our discretion. Refunds are not permitted.
CARTRIDGES & PODS
• Used cartridges that are defective from the manufacturer can be exchanged for the same item. Exchanged cartridges must be exchanged with its original packaging and remain 90% unused.
